  • Driver on a Mission use of personal information that you may submit to Driver on a Mission through this Web site is governed by the Driver on a Mission Privacy Policy.  Your information will not be transferred or sold to any other company.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Driver on a Mission ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.  Additionally, Driver on a Mission ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    All in stock merchandise will ship within 2 to 5 days.  Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery.  Since quantities of some products may be limited at the time you place an order, you will be notified if any item will be delayed for restock, has sold out or is no longer available. 

    All payments will be processed through PayPal allowing our customers convenience, flexibility and security.  If you are unable to make a payment via PayPal, please feel free to send a Money Order to Driver on a Mission at the address noted above.  Please remember to include the required shipping cost with your payment.  Please print your accompanying order request legibly. 

    All orders will be shipped via UPS or US Postal Service based on the option you select during checkout.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Driver on a Mission is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • Driver on a Mission charges 7.75% sales tax for all orders shipped within NC.



  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options).  Driver on a Mission reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Exchanges must be made within 30 days from our shipping date.  Factory tags MUST BE attached, without any evidence of tag removal or evidence that the item has been used, washed or worn.  Clothing exchanges are accepted for size correction purposes ONLY as long as the garment has not been worn or washed.  Any garments having any odor (i.e. smoke, body odor, etc.) will be returned and not credited towards any purchase.  PLEASE E-MAIL info@driveronamission.com FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER to exchange an item.  When returning an item the authorization number must be referenced along with specific (legible) details of your exchange request in its original packaging.  Any package received at our office without an authorization number will be refused and returned to the sender.  Driver on a Mission must receive the item(s) for exchange no later than 30 days after issuing a return authorization number.

    Any package damaged MUST BE noted “damaged” by carrier.

    The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges for exchanges and all exchanges are to be returned in the original packaging with exchange request documented within the packaging.

    Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Driver on a Mission and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.

    GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Driver on a Mission shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

    MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Driver on a Mission with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Driver on a Mission with respect to this Web site.
